Support and mentor vendor staff, assist Property Manager with projects, implement and monitor standard operating procedures, and organize weekly vendor meetings.
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality or relevant educational background.
1-2 years of work experience preferred in housekeeping or facility management services.
Effective communication skills and customer-oriented service outlook are mandatory.
Work Location: On-site at Gurgaon; Work Schedule: 48 hours per week.
Experience working in commercial property management or facility services with vendor coordination responsibilities.
Capable of independently managing multiple housekeeping and soft service functions with attention to operational detail and quality standards.
Comfortable reporting to and collaborating with Property/Housekeeping Managers in a structured team environment.
