About This Role
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle management of Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders (WOs), and Change Requests (CRs) within PHINIA's IT Managed Services.
- Ensure contractual and financial compliance by reconciling supplier invoices, tracking milestone billing, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Govern performance obligations including KPIs and SLAs by reviewing monthly results and coordinating vendor and stakeholder governance meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in contract administration, SOW management, procurement operations, or IT vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
- Understanding of IT Managed Services environments such as Cloud, Network, EUC, Security, Service Desk, and Data Center.
- Work Experience Required: 3-7 years (explicitly mentioned in JD).

- Experienced in enforcing governance and workflow discipline within IT vendor management functions, including PO/SOW approvals and document control.
- Skilled at coordinating cross-functional technical teams and suppliers with strong communication to clarify complex contractual and operational issues for diverse stakeholders.
