About This Role
- Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Zuora Billing platform.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora Billing, CRM systems, and payment gateways.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.
- Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora data/object model.
- Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations.
- Work Experience Required: 6–10+ years with Zuora Billing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments.
- Capable of translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions for Zuora ecosystem.
- Comfortable managing communication and coordination across business and technical stakeholders.
