About This Role
- Lead business and functional requirements workshops to gather, evaluate, and document customer business needs.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, testable Agile user stories and support solution design with data analysis and process flows.
- Partner closely with clients, QA, UX, application development, and data teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and maintain high data accuracy, including payment validation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst delivering complex technology or data solutions in client-facing Agile environments.
- Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing complex datasets; familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL in Google Cloud Platform preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.
- Experience with payment validation and processing highly desirable; Automotive industry experience is a plus.

- Experienced in bridging business, data, UX, and development teams to drive end-to-end solution delivery in Agile settings.
- Capable of handling complex data analysis and root cause investigations to improve solution accuracy and reliability.
