About This Role
- Lead discovery and define clear, testable business and technical requirements for complex technology and data solutions.
- Use SQL and data analysis to validate requirements, identify risks, and support payment validation and data accuracy efforts.
- Coordinate across UX, development, data, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality and alignment with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in client-facing, complex technology or data solution environments.
- 5+ years experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.

- Experienced in delivering enterprise application, data initiatives, and customer experience programs involving complex datasets and payment processing.
- Skilled at facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating complex business needs into actionable Agile user stories and documentation.
- Comfortable engaging in client workshops, training, and consultative guidance to support implementation and adoption.
