Executive Communications & Presentation Designer - Manager

Design and develop executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and multimedia content to communicate complex business and strategic information effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to create executive-ready communication assets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and visual excellence aligned with enterprise branding.

Support strategic initiatives and project management functions by producing executive reporting packs and visual storytelling materials that inform decision-making and track progress.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

3–5 years experience in executive communications, presentation design, visual communications, multimedia development, business reporting, or related roles.

Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or equivalent design platforms.

Experienced in creating executive-ready presentations and communications with a strong focus on visual storytelling and data visualization supporting leadership decision-making.

Capable of handling multiple concurrent high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control.

Familiar with strategic communications, project/program management support, and multimedia content development within complex business or regulated environments.
