About This Role
- Design and develop scalable learning experiences addressing seller and manager capability needs including onboarding, readiness, and ongoing development.
- Translate sales strategies, messaging, and business priorities into practical learning, simulations, role plays, reinforcement, and assessments.
- Leverage AI and modern learning technologies to enhance personalization, practice, and effectiveness with performance insights for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or related sales learning discipline.
- Experience with digital, virtual, and instructor-led learning design.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, practice, reinforcement, and performance-based learning.
- Work location: Hyderabad, India with late evening hours overlapping U.S. team (ending 10-11 p.m. IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in sales or commercial learning design with ability to translate sales methodologies into effective training solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced global sales enablement organization coordinating with U.S. teams.
- Skilled with modern authoring tools and AI-enabled learning technologies to create engaging, behavior-focused learning experiences.
