Experience in leading process improvement initiatives such as BCT reduction, throughput enhancement, line balancing, and manufacturing optimization.
Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and build strong partnerships with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders.
Proven track record in executing projects with focus on OTIF delivery, quality, safety compliance, and capacity planning.
