Basic knowledge of business processes in manufacturing or automobile sectors and accounting and cost accounting standards.
Working knowledge of SAP FI & CO and office automation tools; experience with matrix organization and knowledge of indirect taxation and transfer pricing guidelines is desirable.
Experience working within matrix organizations indicative of handling cross-functional stakeholder management.
Comfortable with managing standard costing, variance analysis and budgetary controls in a manufacturing or automobile business context.
Capable of financial evaluation using capital budgeting parameters like NPV, IRR, and pay-back criteria for informed investment decisions.
