About This Role
- Lead and execute implementation projects across WorkSpan's full product portfolio, ensuring quality configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Own customer-facing delivery for assigned workstreams, including requirements gathering, solution presentation, and expectation management with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve implementation methodologies and templates.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional services experience implementing CRM, ERP, or enterprise/B2B SaaS applications with end-to-end business process knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with project execution activities including CRP, SIT, UAT test cycles, and go-live tasks.
- Familiarity with data conversion/migration processes and understanding of partner ecosystems or co-sell motions preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex software implementation projects with direct customer interaction and delivery ownership.
- Strong techno-functional skills bridging business processes and technical configuration within SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Comfortable mentoring team members and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to continually improve project delivery quality.
