About This Role
- Elicit and document business requirements for automation processes from global stakeholders.
- Communicate and confirm solution delivery with development teams including Business Process Automation Development in Mumbai.
- Lead documentation and transition of new processes to business-as-usual (BAU) support and assist with client training on solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Information systems or technical field degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for specification and documentation.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years as Business Analyst.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with global firms and collaborating across multiple international teams.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and clearly communicate complex processes.
- Preferably has experience or exposure in the investment industry and knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Fusion tools.
