Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent; MBA/PGDM in IT Systems, Public Policy, Operations or related field is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, India Stack, Digital Public Infrastructure, data privacy, security, and accessibility standards.
Experience coordinating with government/Ministry officials and supporting project delivery and UAT; experience with MeitY standards and Digital India policies required.
Experienced in working with large scale government e-Governance or IT projects involving multi-stakeholder coordination.
Skilled in translating complex requirements into clear technical documents and user stories aligned with public sector standards.
Comfortable operating in environments requiring compliance with government regulations, data privacy, security, and accessibility mandates.
