Experienced in strategy consulting and operating model design within Financial Services GCC environments.
Skilled in benchmarking, cost optimization, process transformation using Lean / Six Sigma / consulting frameworks, and technology integration.
Strong in PowerPoint storytelling, Excel analytics, and stakeholder management for senior business and technology audiences.
