Experienced professional in managing Indian statutory compliance and HR operations in a global/matrix environment.
Strong analytical skills to build actionable HR reports and dashboards using BI tools for leadership decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to handle audit-ready compliance processes, policy updates, and complex stakeholder management under statutory deadlines.
