About This Role
- Own end-to-end warehousing and distribution for pharmaceutical materials and finished goods ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, on-time fulfillment, cold-chain integrity, regulatory compliance, and space optimization in warehouse and distribution network.
- Provide senior oversight of receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, batch/lot control, expiry management, returns, and coordinate with supply chain, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and distributors for audit readiness and product availability.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree (MBA) mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
- Knowledge and compliance with GMP, cold-chain, and controlled substance handling mandatory.
- Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse and distribution environment essential; Work Experience Required: 15+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution with deep understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Strong operational ownership with ability to manage complex end-to-end logistics including batch and expiry control.
- Proven track record coordinating across supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and logistics stakeholders to ensure service excellence and audit readiness.
