About This Role
- Own governance frameworks, policies, controls, and operational procedures for enterprise security operations.
- Lead governance forums and establish KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and compliance monitoring across Security Incident Management, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, and Security Monitoring.
- Drive modernization roadmap focused on automation, orchestration, and AI-assisted security operations aligned with enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in Cyber Security Operations, Security Engineering, or Security Governance.
- 8+ years leading large-scale security operations or governance functions.
- Experience managing enterprise SIEM, SOC, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response programs.
- Proficiency in IBM mainframe technologies (z/OS, z15/z17, TSO/ISPF, MQ, CICS), security tools (Splunk, EDR, PAM, event monitoring, network security, encryption, threat intelligence), and databases (DB2 & IMS DB).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader experienced in directing enterprise-wide security operations governance and modernization.
- Strong technical background integrating mainframe environments and modern security platforms with AI-driven automation.
- Strategic operator collaborating with multiple stakeholders across technology, risk, audit, and vendors to drive security resilience and compliance.
