Experience in process analysis, operating model design, automation delivery, and transformation execution within financial services or banking.
Experienced in COO, transformation, strategy, business management, or process excellence roles within financial services, especially private banking.
Strong technical proficiency in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and automation with ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions.
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with strong governance, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
