Experienced in managing SLA-based production environments and supporting large-scale applications.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of proactively identifying and resolving technical gaps.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and improve continuous deployment pipelines.
