About This Role
- Lead end-to-end AI-driven transformation projects in Lending Collections from problem discovery to production and measurable business impact.
- Own requirements gathering, documentation (BRDs, workflows, user stories), technology collaboration, and program governance to deliver AI/automation solutions.
- Use data analysis (SQL) and stakeholder management to drive AI initiatives that improve productivity, collections, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Project/Program Management or related roles with exposure to FinTech, Lending, Collections, and AI/Automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, or related discipline; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and understanding of AI/GenAI/LLMs and lending/collections domain processes.
- Work Experience Required: 3-4 years relevant experience explicitly mentioned in the JD.
