About This Role
- Design and define software architecture for enterprise applications focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead architecture decision-making, technical design reviews, and enforce architectural standards across multiple projects.
- Drive GenAI projects from concept to scalable solutions; build pragmatic full-stack prototypes and solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years professional experience in software development and engineering.
- 5+ years experience in software architecture or senior technical leadership.
- Proficiency in software design patterns, microservices, API design (RESTful), relational and NoSQL databases, and security best practices.
- Experience with Java/Python/C++, frameworks like Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers on architectural principles and design patterns.
- Ability to rapidly deliver POCs/MVPs, iterate with stakeholders, and manage multiple parallel projects involving ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills with capability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions aligned to organizational goals.
