Ensure 24/7 availability of ProCon application across Production, Pilot, and Development environments to support uninterrupted plant operations.
Act as primary point of contact for issue analysis and troubleshooting, either resolving issues independently or coordinating with development, architecture, and testing teams.
Continuously improve and automate systems to enhance reliability and scalability for an increasing number of test systems.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of professional experience in DevOps or similar roles.
Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA mandatory.
Strong technical skills with Jenkins (pipeline development, Groovy, plugins), scripting (Bash, Python), GitOps tools (e.g., Argo CD), Linux, Git (Bitbucket), Maven, and container technologies.
Proficiency in English (C1 level) and strong communication skills for collaborative working.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end DevOps lifecycle with focus on production support and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of complex, cross-functional issues involving development, architecture, and testing teams.
Strong analytical skills with capability to acquire deep application knowledge to validate system functionality and drive system improvements.
