About This Role
- Own test design and quality evaluation for new features, maintaining comprehensive test plans, cases, and automated tests across system levels including E2E and system test cases.
- Communicate product quality status and deliver accurate quality reports to stakeholders consistently.
- Lead performance testing strategy, exploratory testing, and defect management to enhance product quality in a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
- Domain expertise mandatory in Pharma Supply Chain with hands-on experience in Serialisation and Track and Trace.
- Proficient in Core Java, JMeter, Selenium WebDriver (Java), API (REST/SOAP) testing, and building test automation frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in quality engineering within highly regulated markets, specifically pharma supply chain serialization and track & trace.
- Demonstrated ownership in driving quality initiatives and audit readiness for customer regulatory standards.
- Strong background in designing and implementing data-driven, keyword-driven or hybrid test automation frameworks and performance testing strategies.
