About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications focusing on performance and reliability.
- Identify and resolve backend technical issues; monitor and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to deliver high-quality products and support throughout the SDLC.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience as a backend developer.
- Engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience with backend programming languages such as Python or Ruby.
- Must work US shift hours (3 PM – 12 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and maintaining client-server backend architectures with good knowledge of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and relational databases.
- Capable of proactive problem identification and timely resolution in a collaborative international engineering environment.
