About This Role
- Create and maintain test cases in Codebeamer for Volkswagen Group App Store applications.
- Perform manual testing including smoke, sanity, regression, and functional tests on HCP and One Infotainment platform.
- Validate Key Performance Metrics (KPM), review pull requests, and report bugs as part of the testing scope.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer or similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (BE/ME - CSE/EEE/ECE or equivalent).
- Technical expertise with .bat scripting, Android Debug Bridge (ADB), and Codebeamer tool for system requirements and test cases.
- Preferable ISTQB certification (basic or advanced level).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in automotive software testing for large multinational companies, ideally in a VW Group context.
- Proficient in manual and automated testing processes, with strong knowledge of testing lifecycle including regression and smoke tests.
- Ability to collaborate closely with client and supplier teams to align testing schedules and priorities with project milestones.
