About This Role
- Design, build, and deliver key scalable, reliable components for DDN's Ecosystem software platform integrated with storage, cloud, and container environments.
- Drive technical design discussions, prototype, and contribute to high-quality product feature delivery from concept through release.
- Manage projects including planning, execution, risk communication, and collaborate across engineering, product, QA, and support for customer-focused solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience in file systems, concurrency, multithreading, server architectures, and distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on development experience in scale-out, high availability storage solutions.
- Proficient in system-level C/C++ development and debugging on Linux/UNIX environments.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, high-performance storage or distributed systems with focus on reliability and maintainability.
- Capable of leading technical design and driving projects to completion in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Hadoop product development is a strong plus.
