About This Role
- Lead engineering decision-making and define execution plans for owned platforms.
- Ensure production system and process hygiene for owned areas, maintaining system health.
- Own business performance for the team, manage stakeholders across business, product, operations, and clients/vendors, and build and retain a high-performing engineering team.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years in team leadership roles.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (BTech, MTech, or PhD, or equivalent).
- Proven experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems and managing high-performing software teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for complex technical information.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving design and architecture of multiple subsystems collaboratively with senior team members.
- Capable of handling stakeholder management including business, product, operations, and client/vendor communication.
- Has experience in fast-paced or startup environments, comfortable with dynamic challenges and execution accountability.
