About This Role
- Lead and manage the engineering team responsible for the Rubrik Security Cloud platform components, focusing on roadmap delivery and project execution from inception to implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement through a metrics-driven culture and enable the team to achieve high velocity and predictability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, Program Management, and Support to solve customer problems and align diverse functional goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with 1-2 years in engineering management role.
- Experience delivering scalable distributed systems in Cloud/SaaS and on-premises environments.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Experience working with databases and various cloud providers is highly desirable.
