About This Role
- Lead design and development of application software and measurement IP/components for test systems validating RFICs like Power Amplifiers, RFFE, Transceivers, Filters, Switches.
- Own system/features from definition through release, providing technical leadership, driving technical decisions, and collaborating with global R&D teams.
- Lead resolution of critical issues, mentor junior engineers, and drive architecture and process improvements for long-term product quality and development efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience in development of application/system/ATE for Test and Measurement, preferably for RF.
- Hands-on skills in LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python, TestStand; familiarity with post-Silicon validation and production test using NI RF instruments and Semiconductor Test System (STS).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in relevant test and measurement development domain.

- Experienced in validation and characterization of RFIC components such as RFFE, Power Amplifiers, Transceivers, Filters, and Switches.
- Proven ability to lead system/features development lifecycle with global team collaboration in a fast-paced technical environment.
