About This Role
- Design and harden identity and access management flows using OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and Active Directory integrations for mission-critical backup and management software.
- Own token and assertion lifecycle: issuance, validation, expiry, rotation, and failure handling for JWT/JWKS and SAML assertions, applying strong applied cryptography and PKI.
- Debug customer-facing identity/access issues and contribute to build/release tasks including cross-platform packaging and maintaining a Windows companion app using C#/.NET.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Golang.
- Deep practical knowledge of identity protocols (OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0), token internals, and applied cryptography/PKI (X.509, JWT/JWKS, TLS, key rotation).
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Linux environment comfort including shell scripting, and solid understanding of OS fundamentals, networking, and concurrency.

- Proficient at reasoning about threat models and implementing security-first design in mission-critical systems.
