About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the Medallia platform to support Volvo Trucks’ global customer experience initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Owner and managers to deliver outputs supporting Volvo Trucks’ customer feedback management across the full customer journey.
- Become an expert in Medallia configuration and technical delivery methodologies within the company’s IT landscape.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands-on development experience on the Medallia platform.
- Mandatory certifications: Medallia Admin and Medallia Product Certification.
- Strong skills in Medallia Classic Configurator, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and API integration.
- Work Experience Required: 5–10 years explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing or implementing CX platforms or customer feedback journeys with strong Medallia expertise.
- Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional global environment interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- Possesses knowledge of data structures, analytics tools, and preferably exposure to AI/ML, text analytics, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
