Proven ability to lead large-scale payments and liquidity platform transformations in a major financial institution, focusing on cloud, microservices, API-first, and event-driven modern architectures.
Strong technical background encompassing Java, Kafka, MongoDB, platform engineering, DevSecOps, with AI-enabled engineering practice adoption.
Skilled communicator able to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, with demonstrated success managing large engineering organizations and complex enterprise programs.
