About This Role
- Own and enhance the reliability, performance, and efficiency of critical business applications and services at scale.
- Lead end-to-end observability and resiliency strategy, including disaster recovery, chaos engineering, and automation to minimize downtime.
- Act as a technical authority advising on strategic solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a complex environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of experience with deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and toil reduction.
- Proven experience with disaster recovery planning, resiliency testing, and fault-tolerant distributed system design.
- Proficiency in OpenShift/Kubernetes application deployment and management.
- Hands-on experience with modern observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or AppDynamics.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with development teams to implement cloud-native resiliency patterns and observability solutions.
