About This Role
- Perform quality audits for multi-lingual intranet and internet pages/sites within digital publishing projects to ensure consistent, relevant, and timely output.
- Monitor and analyze failure reasons of publishing tickets to identify and implement quality checkpoint enhancements.
- Collaborate with publishing team to improve audit coverage and efficiency, recommending QA process improvements and adopting new testing tools and strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Web Quality Auditor with strong CMS background, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Minimum 2 years of manual testing experience for mobile and website applications, including planning, designing, and executing test cases.
- Proficiency with request management tools like JIRA and SharePoint.
- Strong English communication skills and solid education in general web discipline/practice.
