Manager, Software Engineering (Marketing Technology)

Lead and execute strategy for marketing technology platforms including implementation, optimization, and integration of marketing platforms like Braze, Iterable, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Manage and grow a diverse, cross-functional team spanning platform engineering, marketing analytics, and B2B marketing systems, focusing on team development, adoption of DevOps and cloud QA practices, and backlog ownership.

Other: Experience managing budgets and vendors; recognized marketing technology expert in a global matrixed organization.

Strategic operator experienced in leading end-to-end marketing technology implementations and integrations across consumer growth platforms.

Manager capable of leading hybrid, cross-functional teams combining consumer-facing and B2B marketing technology systems.

Expert in aligning MarTech strategy with business stakeholders, using data-driven insights and championing cloud DevOps and QA methodologies.
