About This Role
- Design, create, and execute comprehensive test scripts including regression, performance, and stress testing for Salesforce CRM applications in Agile environments.
- Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle including test script creation, automation, monitoring, and reporting test status and risks to Test Lead/Manager.
- Support and mentor junior team members on test script development and automation practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience specifically in Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM application testing covering leads, opportunities, contacts, accounts, events, etc.
- Minimum 2 years experience automating web applications using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Playwright with Java/Python coding skills and OOPS concepts.
- At least 4 years of work experience in Agile environments with hands-on QA testing experience of web services, using test management tools like JIRA, AIO.
- Strong experience with SOQL, SFDC integrations, and web technologies (HTTP, XML, REST, HTML). Work Experience Required: 6+ years in manual and automation testing for Salesforce CRM applications.

- Experienced QA professional with deep Salesforce Sales Cloud domain expertise and proven ability to handle complex test coverage and automation frameworks.
- Comfortable leading end-to-end testing initiatives in an Agile setup and mentoring junior testers.
- Technically strong in automation scripting (Selenium, Java/Python) and integration testing with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
