About This Role
- Architect and develop client-specific Salesforce solutions across project lifecycle phases including discovery, development, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Lead architectural discussions, define technical solutions including data architecture, integrations, and ensure performance optimization within platform constraints.
- Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide technical guidance to teams, troubleshoot production issues, and support presales activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 9 to 14 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 4 years hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- Possession of at least 1 Salesforce Architect-level certification (preferably Integration Architect, Data Architect, or Solution Architect).
- Experience with Salesforce.com setup, configuration, customization, including declarative tools (Validation Rules, Process Builders, Lightning Flows), Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), REST and SOAP integration, Bitbucket, continuous delivery pipelines, and CRM/Service Cloud implementations.

- Proficient in coordinating cross-time zone teams and client communications with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Holds active Trailblazer profile with demonstrated ability in team management, mentoring, and maintaining Salesforce certifications.
