About This Role
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain full stack software products with production-ready and testable code.
- Ensure technical designs consider scalability, reliability, and performance, adhering to architectural best practices and U.S. Bank standards.
- Conduct code reviews, drive compliance and security best practices, and mentor junior engineers while supporting the bank’s technology transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, AWS, DevOps, API development, and React.
- Experience with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Technical Lead, especially offshore, with leadership skills to mentor and resolve technical issues.
- Strong understanding of domain-driven design and ability to align technical solutions with business strategy.
- Effective collaborator able to communicate across diverse teams including engineers, product owners, scrum masters, and vendors.
