About This Role
- Own and define enterprise AI service architectures and reusable AI solution patterns for Grid Software portfolio.
- Lead integration of AI-assisted workflows into software delivery processes, driving productivity and consistent AI adoption across global teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance for complex, scalable AI services and solutions in industrial software environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software development, technical architecture experience with large-scale enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and generative AI technologies (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs).
- Significant hands-on experience designing, building, deploying AI/ML solutions and progressing to enterprise-level AI architecture roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI architect with deep technical mastery in industrial AI/ML domains relevant to services (supervised learning, generative AI, time-series analysis).
- Capable of partnering with cross-functional teams including Services, Digital/IT, and governance stakeholders to embed AI at enterprise scale.
- Skilled mentor able to develop AI talent and drive AI architecture strategy while resolving technical escalations promptly.
