Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and knowledge of network protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC.
Work Experience Required: Preferred 8+ years in Controls system – BMS.
Experienced in technical pre-sales with proficiency in controls system sequence of operation and project cost estimation.
Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary requirements including HVAC, plumbing, fire systems and demonstrating leadership during project reviews.
Familiarity with PLCs, DDCs certifications, and added advantage if knowledgeable in Security and Fire Alarm system pre-sales.
