Work Experience Required: 8+ years in systems/process design or as accounting end user, preferably with Finance team experience in Downstream or Upstream business.
Experienced in organizational change and project management within SAP implementation contexts, particularly in finance.
Capable of independent decision-making and prioritization in dynamic and distributed virtual team environments.
Skilled in stakeholder influence at multiple organizational levels, with ability to communicate complex processes simply and to develop training materials.
