About This Role
- Design and prototype agentic AI experiences focusing on multi-agent entry points and cross-domain surfaces ensuring visibility and trustworthiness of system reasoning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape early AI interaction models and turn concepts into scalable product directions.
- Invent and maintain design standards and methods applicable across multiple teams beyond individual screen designs.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years in product/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating design beyond single interfaces or screen-level work.
- Direct experience in AI/agentic product design or related fields such as complex workflows, platform UX, or enterprise-scale design systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant design roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with ambiguity and comfortable structuring design work amidst evolving AI models or platforms.
- Practically involved in AI or agentic design either professionally or through adjacent projects, showing a strategic fit for new practice building.
- Possesses technical fluency such as API literacy, design-to-code capability, or contributions to design systems enhancing cross-disciplinary collaboration.
