About This Role
- Build and grow the Debit Cards business by collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Prepare dashboards to report key business metrics and manage P&L responsibility for the Debit Cards product line.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and operational risk parameters while liaising closely with sales teams to maximize productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 12 years of product management experience.
- Graduate degree required; post-graduate degree also accepted (any specialization).
- Must be able to manage P&L and ensure compliance to regulatory and audit standards.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 12 years in product management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing financial products, specifically related to Debit Cards and UPI.
- Able to operate cross-functionally with sales and compliance teams to drive business growth.
- Skilled in using dashboards and metrics for business monitoring and decision-making.
