About This Role
- Accountable for product success including vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable ROI within a product line.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems aligning with business goals, using AI tools to accelerate learning, prototyping, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and rapid experimentation leveraging AI to minimize cost and maximize product value outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in lean product management or related roles.
- 3+ years of enterprise scale experience across multiple business areas.
- 1+ year experience building AI-based intelligent products and using GenAI tools for product management tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in lean product management with proven accountability for product ROI and team leadership at enterprise scale.
- Proficient in using AI and agentic AI tools to augment product research, prototyping, validation, and decision-making.
- Able to lead empowered, cross-functional teams focused on outcomes, rapid value delivery, and continuous customer engagement.
