About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of large-scale Actimize technology programs including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Govern multiple workstreams ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget while managing escalations and driving corrective actions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as liaison among clients, business teams, technical teams, and global NiCE teams ensuring program governance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on technology experience with at least 5+ years in project/program management.
- Mandatory experience leading large-scale enterprise Cloud Migration programs.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is required; strong expertise in MS Project and Waterfall SDLC methodology.
- Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder financial technology delivery projects within global matrix organizations.
- Strong governance, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to deliver measurable program outcomes.
- Comfortable working in EMEA shift hours (2 PM to 10 PM IST) and collaborating across global teams in high-complexity environments.
