About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure high team collaboration and delivery of software applications.
- Manage product backlog and align priorities with business goals in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Identify and remove project impediments; track progress using metrics and handle communication between technical teams and management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in software development and architecture.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile leadership role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical background with prior experience as software developer or DevOps to understand and solve development challenges.
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple Agile teams and engaging with diverse, international stakeholders remotely.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Scaled Agile Framework with focus on continuous improvement.
