About This Role
- Lead and manage a technical team (few to dozens) overseeing design, deployment, and delivery of AI/HPC infrastructure projects involving InfiniBand networking, HPC clusters, and AI orchestration tools across India and APAC.
- Own technical control and decision-making for large-scale AI/HPC cluster delivery projects ensuring alignment with NVIDIA DC product standards and customer requirements.
- Build trusted customer relationships, drive technical delivery excellence, monitor project progress, and report status to senior leadership, balancing technical oversight with people management.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in data center infrastructure with at least 5 years managing a technical team of 10+ members.
- Strong expertise in NVIDIA data center products (networking, InfiniBand, AI orchestration tools such as BCM), GPU-accelerated infrastructure, and full-stack data center technologies (storage, server, networking, virtualization).
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, data center architecture, and InfiniBand in medium to large HPC/AI environments.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field.

- Experienced technical leader capable of balancing high-level customer engagement in India/APAC with detailed technical delivery oversight for AI/HPC infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sizable technical teams in dynamic environments supporting cloud, HPC, or AI workloads with deep domain expertise in NVIDIA DC technologies.
- Familiarity with India business model and bilingual communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders across regions, including China.
