About This Role
- Own and define the roadmap for the integration framework infrastructure powering all external connections and partner marketplace in UKG Ready, including advanced webhooks, audit framework, data import/export, encryption, and AI-powered integration interfaces.
- Drive partner ecosystem growth through Solutions Exchange product development: partner onboarding, integration discovery, activation, and developer experience enhancements.
- Lead technical and commercial integration platform strategy; communicate roadmap and business value to senior leadership and external partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years product management with at least 3 years owning integration platforms, API products, or partner ecosystems at enterprise SaaS scale, or 4+ years engineering plus 3+ years relevant product management, or founder/early engineer with deep integration/API experience.
- Technical expertise required in integration architecture: webhooks, event driven architecture, API design, versioning, retry logic, encryption, OAuth 2.0, and authentication methods relevant to integrations.
- Experience with partner ecosystems, marketplaces, and developer portals is mandatory.
- AI native working style needed: daily use of AI agents for PM workflows; candidates who do not embody this will not be competitive.

- Deep practitioner with firsthand experience managing or building APIs and integration products that emphasize reliability, developer experience, and security.
- Strong strategic thinker who can bridge technical architecture discussions with partner ecosystem growth and commercial monetization strategies.
- Experienced in cross-functional leadership in a globally distributed enterprise SaaS environment, able to align engineering, product, and partner teams without formal authority.
