3+ years of experience designing, operating, and scaling production Kubernetes platforms with deep hands-on expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Strong expertise with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform; experience with Crossplane and ARM templates.
Experience implementing GitOps operating models with FluxCD, including state enforcement and multi-environment promotion.
Must be willing to work between 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM IST.
Experienced in Azure ecosystem including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure identity management (Managed Identities, service principals, Workload Identity).
Proficient in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and deploying to AKS and Azure services, with familiarity in Octopus Deploy.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of engineering practices and hands-on AI/machine learning experience beyond theoretical knowledge.
