About This Role
- Participate in low to moderately complex technology projects including installation, upgrades, and deployment.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software components focusing on AI agents using Google ADK/Langchain and backend engineering.
- Identify and recommend improvements for service quality and availability while adhering to security and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of software engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Hands-on experience in Google ADK/Langchain and Python-based backend development is mandatory.
- Experience with MongoDB or any NoSQL databases and exposure to banking domain (KYC, Onboarding, Banking) required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in software engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and developing AI-assisted servicing platforms with operational excellence in Agile environments.
- Skilled in building production-grade AI agents, robust APIs, workflows, and task-based processing.
- Familiar with cloud-native concepts, Kafka/Queues, and experienced in coordinating with product, operations, and architecture teams.
