Experienced in managing multi-platform, multi-site 24x7 Backup environments at scale, preferably in Financial Services or complex global setups.
Capable of leading teams towards strategic objectives with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Able to independently handle technical direction, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and serve as subject matter expert and mentor within Backup teams.
